Job Description:
The LM Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and accounting up to date. This position collaborates with LM’s leadership team in daily operations and reports directly to the CEO of Language Matters.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with CEO on new tasks, initiatives, and proposals

Maintain company accounting system up to date (Quickbooks)
-
Create financial reports on an as needed basis
-
Make payments to LM team members as well as third party companies
-
Draft and send company newsletter
-
Plan and take notes during LM scrum meetings
-
Create and post weekly social media posts (2 per week)
-
Create attendance report for Grace program (4 reports per year)

Invoice LM clientes
-
Collaborate with and assist LM leadership team (new initiatives and projects)

Attends main company events
-
Support with customer relationships (HubSpot)

Qualifications for the Job:

Bachelor's Degree (Business preferred)

Proficient in both Spanish and English (is a plus)
